Legal Notice and Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy & Terms of Service
1. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide, including names, contact details, or other identifying information, is collected solely to deliver our photography services. We will not share your information with third parties except where necessary to complete our services (for example, with printing labs or contractors) or where required by law.
2. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required before any work begins. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received. Payment ensures your scheduled session and our commitment to provide services.
3. Ownership & Use of Images
All images captured by us remain the intellectual property of our studio. We retain copyright over all photographs and may use them for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, portfolio, and marketing materials. Clients are granted a license for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Unpaid Work
Access to images, digital files, or prints will be withheld until full payment is received. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to withhold or remove all images.
5. Equipment & Safety
Please respect our equipment and workspace. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during a session. Any damage caused to our equipment by a client or guest will be the responsibility of the individual involved, and repair or replacement costs must be covered.
6. Edits & Revisions
Clients are entitled to one round of edits or style adjustments per image or set of images. Any additional changes may incur extra fees. Editing preferences, including retouching or style changes, should be agreed upon prior to the commencement of revisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest standard of service, our liability is limited to the cost of the photography services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
8. Governing Law
These terms and policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
